I heard about this new pokemon game. Its called Pokemon: Fushigi no Dungeon. Its basically a japanese game that was turned into a pokemon game.

Maybe you're just having a REALLY crappy run of luck? I've been able to cap elites from all classes from everywhere with me main/alts. I've never had trouble finding any elite...maybe..luck doesn't like you? Or the map generator? Just sayin..

yeah, it's that the spawnifier hates me; out of 27 tries (so far) I have gotten exactly 0 spawns int the entier area (frozen forest). It really bugs me.

the coldstone guy who gives obsidian flesh never spawns for me.
i spent about two weeks trying to find him and never could, then i just gave up. later going through the game with my mesmer i met him on my first trip outside of ember light and i ranted at my group until most of them put me on ignore.
